About the job
To create a unique space, unprecedented in their city, in record time, to offer a brand new model of gastronomy into an old seminary tilted by the Historical Patrimony in the midst of the Atlantic Forest. This was our challenge which, at ground zero, was just a blank screen. Market research, planning, concept creation, name, identity, suppliers search, campaigns. All of this predated the architectural process of space, which had to meet the historical demands of preservation and our guidelines for valuing local and hand-made manpower. To give life to "gastronomy without labels", brand's DNA, in addition to all background of strategic/marketing/communication planning and the project itself, we still develop all the furniture of the house, as well as their crockery, cutlery, fixtures, accessories and works of art. From a blank canvas to every possible nuance, all done by hand.
